profilekit.me is a personal page builder that allows you to create and customize a public profile page. The service includes features such as profile creation, link management, theme customization, and content embedding.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Distribute malware, spam, or any other harmful technology.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or related systems.

5. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish on profilekit.me. By publishing content on the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service. You may delete your content at any time, which will terminate this license.

6. Plans and Payments

  • profilekit.me offers both free and paid subscription plans.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions will not be affected until renewal.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service downtime.

8. Intellectual Property

The profilekit.me service, including its design, logos, code, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in activity that is harmful to other users or the service. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, profilekit.me and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
